The badge below is a trademark of NASTRM® and all companies on the Platinum Certifications list have full license to use the badge.
Platinum Short Term Rental Association Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in short-term rental management.
- Management of at least 100 active short-term rental properties.
- Maintain an average guest review rating of 4.5 or higher across all managed properties on major vacation rental platforms.
- Hold all necessary licenses and registrations required by state and local jurisdictions.
- Adequate insurance coverage for business operations, including general liability, property, and workers’ compensation insurance. 24/7 guest support and customer service.
- Dedicated property inspection and maintenance teams.
- Use of professional tools and platforms for managing bookings, communication, and marketing.
- Active participation in NASTRM-sponsored events and ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly practices.
- Must earn within the top 5% of revenue per door when compared to the overall market.
