Soda Stays Has Been Incredibly Helpful

Soda Stays was great in transferring listings from old STR manager to their platform. All of the homeowner support team staff has been on point and very helpful in making the move to Soda Stays as convenient for me as possible (even when old management company made it difficult). Made more revenue in 12 days than I had in 45 days with local company. I look forward to an excellent relationship and with them for years to come. Highly reccomended.

Soda is amazing as they never refund guests

Soda looks out for their owners. Soda fought with Airbnb resolutions because the "neighbor looked dangerous" and wanted $4500 refunded. Soda got it reversed and took a bad review from a guest to protect their owners. Very grateful.

Love Soda they do such a good job!

After bouncing around from company to company...we've stuck with Soda Stays. They just understand the business and get us the highest income we've ever had. Even during the pandemic we were fully-booked! I recommend them fully.
